The gift voucher (“Voucher”) may be redeemed only for products or services offered by the respective Motel/ Hotel listed (refer to the Voucher) and may not be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
This Voucher is redeemable at any time, and any price difference, if applicable, must be paid.
This Voucher is valid for use until the expiration date indicated on the Voucher (refer to the Voucher), which is 12 months from the issue date (refer to voucher). After this date, the Voucher becomes void, and no further redemptions will be allowed.
Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase or payment for services. Lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
This Voucher is non-transferable, and any decisions related to its use are at the discretion of senior management at the respective Motel/ Hotel listed (refer to the Voucher).
Value and Balance
This Voucher has a specific monetary value, which is indicated on the Voucher.
Any unused portion of the Voucher’s value will not be carried forward and may not be used for future purchases.
Any remaining, unused value on this Voucher will not be refunded and is not convertible to cash.
This Voucher is for single use only.
Restrictions
This Voucher may not be:
used to purchase other gift vouchers.
combined with other promotions, discounts or offers unless expressly stated.
resold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes without the explicit written consent of senior management at the respective Motel/ Hotel listed (refer to the Voucher).
Exclusions
This Voucher may not be used for the purchase of certain excluded items or services, which may be specified on the Voucher or in separate terms and conditions.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds for purchases made using a Voucher will be processed according to our standard refund policy, if applicable otherwise this Voucher is non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
The respective Motel/ Hotel listed (refer to the Voucher) is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers,
unless this Voucher has been registered with respective Motel/ Hotel listed (refer to the Voucher) and is exclusively redeemable by the individual to whom it was issued.
Modification and Termination
The respective Motel/ Hotel listed (refer to the Voucher) reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions, as well as the use and redemption of Vouchers, at any time without prior notice.
Compliance with Laws
The use and redemption of this Voucher are subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the States of New South Wales and Queensland, Australia.
Limitation of Liability
The respective Motel/ Hotel listed (refer to the Voucher) shall not be:
liable for any unauthorised use, theft, loss, or damage of this Voucher once they have been issued to the recipient.
responsible for any disputes arising between the voucher recipient and third-party vendors or service providers when using the voucher to purchase goods or services.
liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use the voucher.
responsible for any technical or operational issues, including but not limited to system downtime, which may temporarily prevent the redemption of vouchers.
The respective Motel/ Hotel listed (refer to the Voucher) liability for any claim related to the voucher, whether in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, is limited to the face value of the voucher or the amount paid for the voucher, whichever is applicable.
The respective Motel/ Hotel listed (refer to the Voucher) reserves the right to modify or terminate voucher programs, terms and conditions, or the use and redemption of vouchers at any time without prior notice.
This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
